MEETING ROOM – £8 PER HOUR

Charges include use of: kitchen, crockery, furniture and wi-fi

*Please note: oil-fired heating is run via a £1 coin meter

BOOKING TERMS:

A deposit of £50 will be held until final check after the event. Items must be returned in the condition they were found.

The Main Hall is £10/hour, The Meeting Room is £8/hour. The use of the kitchen is included in the cost of the Main Hall.

Please describe the nature of your your event – how many participants, what type of event etc., Please also provide details of any additional facilities/equipment you will be bringing to the hall that may introduce any additional risk to the event participants and/or the fabric of the building

Equipment needed

• Glasses & Crockery
• Standard tables
• Round tables
• Chairs

Glassware and crockery must be washed, dried and put away. All breakage/damage of any equipment must be paid for.

Your Estimate of total cost

Please indicate your calculation of fees due – the Booking Secretary will advise any differences. A Deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking and the balance of the charges at least one week before the event. The deposit will be return subject to inspection of the condition of the hall after the event. Should additional equipment be hired (eg Bouncy Castle) proof of Public Liability insurance will be required before confirmation of the booking.
